How do I allow EasySignage through my firewall?

Make sure your network allows the player or browser to make outbound internet connections to EasySignage over HTTPS.

If a screen works on a mobile hotspot but not on your office network, the firewall or network policy is usually blocking the connection.

Check the following:

  • Outbound HTTPS traffic is allowed
  • DNS resolution is working correctly
  • The device date and time are correct
  • Any proxy or filtering appliance is not blocking the player

After you allow the network traffic, refresh the screen and try pairing again if needed.
