- A Google Workspace admin account
- A Chrome Kiosk & Signage License assigned to the device

How to set up Chrome OS as digital signage player
Step 1: Sign in to Google Admin Console
- Open the Google Admin Console in your browser.
- Log in using your Workspace admin credentials.
Step 2: Enroll or Factory Reset the Device
- If previously in personal use, perform a factory reset: sign out → press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R → follow prompts.
- On the “Who is using this Chromebox” screen, choose Enterprise enrollment, then log in with your admin account and complete setup.

Step 3: Assign the Kiosk & Signage License
- In Admin Console, go to Devices > Chrome > Devices.
- Select your enrolled device.
- Under Licenses, assign a Kiosk & Signage License.
- If needed, purchase licenses under Subscriptions.
Step 4: Configure Kiosk App Settings
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Kiosks.
- Click Add, choose Add by URL, and set the URL to: https://ezplayer.io
- Save your changes and set AC kiosk power settings to Never sleep.
Step 5: Boot and Start Signage
- Reboot the Chrome OS device
- It will launch in kiosk mode, automatically loading EasySignage Web Player via ezplayer.io
- A pairing code will display; login to your EasySignage dashboard and assign the screen.
