# How to Set Up BrightSign Digital Signage Player?

Follow these simple steps to set up your BrightSign media player and start managing your digital signage screens with ease.

## Steps

1.  **Prepare Your BrightSign Player**

-   A [BrightSign player](https://easysignage.com/digital-signage-player/brightsign-media-player/) (compatible with EasySignage).
-   An SD card or USB drive.
-   A computer with internet access.

2.  **Set up the BrightSign Player**

-   Connect your BrightSign player to a display.
-   Power on the player.
-   Connect the player to your network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

3.  **Download & Install EasySignage App**

-   Download the EasySignage [autorun ZIP file](https://appds.io/bs/autorun.zip) to your computer.
-   Insert an SD card into your computer.
-   Copy the downloaded ZIP file to the root directory of the SD card (Do not extract the ZIP file).
-   Insert the SD card into your BrightSign player.
-   The player will automatically detect and install the EasySignage app. This process may take a few minutes and might involve the player rebooting several times.

4.  **Pair Your Screen with EasySignage**

-   Once installation is complete, the EasySignage app will launch and display a pairing code on the screen.
-   Log in to the EasySignage management console at [app.easysignage.com](https://app.easysignage.com/) . If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one (it’s free).
-   Use the pairing code displayed on your screen to connect your BrightSign player to your EasySignage account.
