How to Pre-Provision Screens in Bulk?

Learn how to upload multiple screens at once and assign playlists before devices are installed.

How do I pre-provision screens in bulk?

Go to Screens –> click Add Screen –> then choose Provision Devices.

From there, you can add devices manually or upload a CSV file for bulk provisioning.

Use a CSV file when you want to prepare multiple screens at once. The file should include:

  • Serial number
  • Screen name
  • Playlist
  • Tags

You can pre-provision up to 50 devices per CSV upload.

Once the devices connect to EasySignage for the first time, they auto-register and apply the settings you assigned.
