# How Do I See Who Changed Something in My Account?

Learn how to open the EasySignage account logs to review user activity, filter the results, and export them as CSV.

## Where do I find the account logs?

Logs record user activity across your account, so you can see who did what and when. This is the first place to look when content changed unexpectedly or a screen was reassigned and nobody remembers doing it.

- Click the profile icon in the top right corner
- Click **Logs**
- Type in the search box to filter the results
- Click a column header to sort, for example by date
- Click **Export as CSV** to save the report

## What are the logs useful for?

- Tracing an unexpected change back to the user who made it
- Checking that a sub-user or a client team is working only where you expect
- Keeping a record for internal review when several people manage the same screens
- Working out the sequence of events when a screen started showing the wrong content

## Can I keep a copy outside EasySignage?

Yes. **Export as CSV** produces a file you can archive or open in a spreadsheet, which is the practical option when someone needs the record in a report or a review meeting.

## The logs do not explain why a screen is offline

Logs cover user activity in the console, not device behaviour. For a screen that has dropped off, work through the player checks instead.
