How to Audit Your Digital Signage Account with an AI Assistant?
Ask Claude or ChatGPT to find unused playlists, untagged screens and other loose ends in your EasySignage account, with read-only access.
What can the assistant find?
Accounts collect loose ends over time: playlists no screen plays, screens without tags, folders nobody uses. A connected assistant can read your whole account and list them, which is hard to do by clicking through each page. With read-only access, it only reports. You decide what to change.
What do I need before I start?
- An EasySignage Premium or Enterprise plan
- An AI assistant connected to EasySignage with Read only access to every area you want reviewed, such as Screens, Groups, Playlists, Channels, Schedules, Folders and Media Assets. See How to Connect an AI Assistant to EasySignage
Read-only access is a safe way to try the assistant for the first time.
What can I ask?
- “Which playlists aren’t used by any screen, channel or schedule?”
- “Which screens have no tags?”
- “Which schedules end in the next two weeks?”
- “List screens whose name doesn’t follow the pattern Store number - location.”
- “Give me a summary of the account: screens online and offline, playlists, schedules and folders.”
How do I tidy up after the audit?
The assistant can’t delete screens, playlists or media files, even with Full access. Remove what you no longer need yourself in EasySignage. For changes it can make, such as adding tags or renaming screens, connect it again with Full access to that area and ask.
