Player Connected to Internet but Stuck on Loading Library

If your player is connected to the internet but keeps showing Loading Library, check the following:

  1. Verify the device date and time are correct.
  2. Verify the device timezone is correct.
  3. If timezone detection is stuck, switch to a nearby timezone and try again.
  4. Test the connection using your mobile hotspot.
  5. If it works on hotspot, your main network may be blocking EasySignage traffic.

When the date, time, timezone, and network access are correct, the player should load normally.
