Player Connected to Internet but Stuck on Loading Library
If your player is connected to the internet but keeps showing Loading Library, check the following:
- Verify the device date and time are correct.
- Verify the device timezone is correct.
- If timezone detection is stuck, switch to a nearby timezone and try again.
- Test the connection using your mobile hotspot.
- If it works on hotspot, your main network may be blocking EasySignage traffic.
When the date, time, timezone, and network access are correct, the player should load normally.
