Player Connected to Internet but Showing Offline on Dashboard

If your player has internet access but appears Offline in the dashboard, check the following:

  1. Make sure the device date and time are correct.
  2. Make sure the device timezone is correct.
  3. Some devices get stuck on timezone sync. Switch to a nearby timezone and test again.
  4. Connect the player to a mobile hotspot to quickly test network restrictions.
  5. If it comes online on hotspot, your regular internet is likely blocking EasySignage traffic.

Correct date/time and unrestricted network access should bring the player online in the dashboard.
