If your screen turns black when a video starts, your device may not support the video’s resolution, codec, or bitrate.
Try the following:
- Use the built-in Video Optimize tool to convert the video to a different format.
- Re-encode the video with a more compatible codec and lower bitrate.
- Try a lower video resolution and test playback again.
If playback works after optimization, the original video format was not fully supported by the device.
