How to Factory Reset a Samsung Display:
- Power on the display.
- Switch the input source to HDMI or Display Port.
- Turn off the display and wait until the red IR indicator light appears.
- Using the IR remote control, enter the following sequence:
MUTE → 1 → 8 → 2 → POWER ON - The display will boot into the Factory/Service Menu.
- Using the arrow buttons on the remote, navigate to Option and confirm.
- Select Factory Reset.
- The display will reboot, restoring default settings.
