  45. How to change the playlist resolution?
The layer size you set (for example, 1920x1080) is simply a design guide—a virtual canvas that helps you position your content relative to the screen. It acts as an aspect ratio reference rather than imposing a limit on resolution. Your media will always play at its original quality. For instance, if you place a 4K video in a 1920x1080 layer, it will still play in full 4K resolution if your display supports it. Think of the layout as a design frame for positioning content, not as a limiter of quality.

  46. How can I remove the watermark from my screen?
To remove the watermark from your screens, you need to purchase at least one paid license. When you buy one or more licenses, you can continue using your free licenses as well. For example, if you purchase one license, you can use two screens without a watermark, in addition to any screens covered by your free licenses.

  47. How to restrict access to Media assets?
Currently, media asset access is controlled at the role level. If media access is enabled for a role, all users assigned to that role will be able to view the entire media library. There is no option to restrict access to specific media assets by individual user. However, you can remove media access from a role entirely if needed.
