Notion App

Notion is an all-in-one productivity and collaboration app that combines note-taking, project management, databases, task tracking, and documentation in a single workspace. It’s used by individuals and teams to organize their work, manage projects, write content, and centralize knowledge.

The Notion app integration allows you to seamlessly display your Notion pages, notes, databases, and collaborative content directly on your digital signage screens using EasySignage.

 

 

  • Go to your Notion Page.
  • Click the “Share” button on the top right corner.
  • Navigate to the “Publish” tab.
  • Click on the “Publish” button.
  • Click on “Embed this page”.
  • Click on " Copy code".
  • Now, go to the management console.
  • Click on the playlist, then the layer where you want to add the Dynamic Canva app.
  • If the layer has no media, the apps dialogue will open. Otherwise, click on Add New.
  • Go to “General Apps”.
  • Choose the “Notion” app.
  • Paste the HTML Embed Code in the designated field.
  • Check the “Enable” checkbox to allow the web app to auto-reload every X minutes. Specify the desired refresh interval in minutes.
  • Check the “Enable” checkbox to allow zooming in the web app. Use the scroll feature right and left to zoom in and out (%).
  • Click “Save” and then “Publish”.

Now, any updates to your Notion page will automatically reflect on your digital signage screen within the refresh rate minutes.

 

Please note: The refresh rate setting requires a stable internet connection to sync updates—offline use is not supported.
