1- My Account

My Account is where you change your name, your account name and your password, and turn on two-factor authentication.

Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the menu on the left. The list of settings is on the left; My Account opens first. To find a setting quickly, type in Search above the list.

Change Your Name

1. In Name, type your name as it should appear to other users.
2. In Account name, type the name of the account, for example your company. This field only shows in the account you own, not in an account someone else gave you access to.
3. Click Save.

Change Your Password

1. Click Change Password to open it.
2. Enter the new password (at least 8 characters), your current password, and the new password again.
3. Click Change Password.

Note: Change Password only appears if you sign in with an email and password, not with Google, Microsoft or single sign-on.

Two-Factor Authentication

Click Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account with a code from an authenticator app. See Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) .
