## Why connect Zapier?

EasySignage connects to Zapier, so the other apps you already use can display content on your screens without anyone opening the dashboard. A new file added Google Drive becomes a media item and goes live. A change to a row in a spreadsheet can affect what is currently playing. Available on the Premium and Enterprise plans.

### Trigger from thousands of apps

Start a Zap from Google Drive, Gmail, a spreadsheet, a form, or any other app Zapier connects to, and let EasySignage act on it.

### Publish from a link

Create Media From URL adds a file to your library from any direct link, and can place it in a folder and a playlist in the same step.

### Push changes live automatically

Publish Pending Changes refreshes every screen carrying a tag or playing a given playlist, so a Zap can update what is already on screen, not just add new content.

### Target by tag, not by screen

Enable, disable, or publish content to every screen or media item carrying a tag, so a Zap keeps working as you add or remove screens.

### One connection, shared safely

The connection is stored as an API key named after the person who approved it, so several teammates can connect Zapier to one account without replacing each other's access.

### Disconnect in one step

Delete the key under Settings and Zapier loses access immediately, stopping every Zap that used it.
