Why use Single Sign-On?

Single Sign-On connects EasySignage to the identity provider your organisation already runs, so your team signs in with their existing company account instead of a separate EasySignage password. You manage who has access from your identity provider, not from a second system. Available on the Enterprise plan.

One login for your whole team

Users sign in with the company credentials they already use every day. There's no separate EasySignage password to create, remember, or reset.

Any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider

Connect Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Auth0, or any other provider that supports SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect.

Domain verification keeps it secure

SSO doesn't activate until you add a DNS record proving you own the email domain, so no one can enable sign-in for a domain they don't control.

Enforce it without touching playback

Turn on "Enforce SSO" to block password and social logins for your domain. This applies only to account sign-in; screen playback and player communication remain unaffected.
