Why connect an AI assistant?

EasySignage includes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, the open standard AI applications use to work with an external service. Connect your account once and your assistant can answer questions about the platform and carry out real work on your screens, within the access you grant. Available on the Premium plan.

Ask how publishing works, what a channel is, or why playlist orientation has to match the screen. The assistant answers from the EasySignage documentation without touching your account data.

Manage screens by asking

Ask which screens have been offline since yesterday, rename a screen, or change what a group is playing. No dashboard clicks and no scripting.

Build and update playlists

Create a playlist, add media from a folder, and reorder what plays, described in your own words instead of assembled by hand.

Schedule campaigns in plain language

Set a campaign to run on a group of screens between two dates and let the assistant create the schedule for you.

Permissions you choose

A consent screen lists every area of your account, from screens and playlists to schedules and media. Set each one to no access, read only, or full access before the connection is made.

Content is never deleted

Even with full access, an assistant can create and update content but cannot delete a screen, playlist, or media file.

Works with the AI you already use

Claude and ChatGPT connect through their own connector settings, and Gemini CLI through a single command. Each one points at the same EasySignage server URL.

Disconnect in one step

Every connection is an API key on your account. Delete the key under Settings and the assistant loses access straight away.
